1. The service and this agreement
Dipexer ("the service", "we") is a service for creating presentations with AI, editing them and exporting them as PowerPoint and PDF, through the website dipexer.com and the app app.dipexer.com. These terms are an agreement between you and Dipexer, which you accept when you create an account or use the service. How and why we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password secret, and for what happens in your account through your failure to protect it. Tell us at once if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
- You may not create several accounts to get around plan limits.
- We may ask you to confirm your email before you use some features.
- If you sign in with Google using an email that already has an account with us, the sign-in is linked to that account.
3. Plans and limits
- The trial plan is free, with monthly limits on new decks and AI edits, and a limit on the pictures created with a deck when it is made. Your remaining balance is shown on your "Account" page and renews on the first of each month.
- An AI edit is any request to the AI after a deck is created: rewording a slide, adding a slide written by the AI, or creating a new picture.
- A deck that could not be created, and an AI edit that fails, do not count against your balance. A deck that is completed although some of its pictures could not be created counts as a deck, and you can add its pictures later. Deleting a deck does not give back what it used.
- Slides on the trial plan carry a small Dipexer mark.
- Paid plans are not available yet; their prices and terms will be announced before launch.
- We may change limits or features and announce this on the website; a change applies to use after it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for:
- Content that breaks the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, offends religion, public order or public morals, or is abusive, inciting or pornographic.
- Impersonating a real person or organisation, misleading others, or fraud.
- Infringing the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy.
- Entering other people's personal data unless you have a lawful right to do so.
- Trying to disrupt or break into the service, get around its limits, reach other people's data, or excessive automated use.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend an account that breaks these terms. We tell you the reason for a suspension unless a legal or security reason prevents it; you may object by writing to us, and ask for a copy of your data or its deletion even while your account is suspended.
5. Content and ownership
- The descriptions and text you write, and the pictures and logos you upload, remain yours or their rights holders'. You confirm that you have the right to use them, and you let us process them only as far as needed to provide the service to you.
- Avoid entering sensitive data, such as health or financial data or data about children; the service does not need it to create your deck.
- You may use the decks and pictures produced in your personal and commercial work. We do not guarantee that they are unique, protectable by copyright or free of third-party rights, so you are responsible for making sure your use of them is lawful.
- The service itself, its design, software and brand, remains the property of Dipexer, except for open-source components, which are subject to their own licenses, including the fonts (SIL Open Font License) and the icons (ISC).
6. Limits of AI
- Content and pictures are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, estimated figures or inaccurate information. Review your deck before you use it; you are responsible for what you present from it.
- Pictures created by AI are imaginary and may by chance resemble real people, places or brands, so check them before you use them.
- Generated content is not financial, legal, medical or professional advice.
7. Availability and liability
- We aim to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend keeping copies of your important files by exporting them.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability does not exceed what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Saudi riyals, whichever is greater.
- This section does not limit our liability for fraud or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be limited by law, nor your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law.
8. Ending
You can delete your decks, or delete your account and everything in it, at any time from your "Account" page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms (section 4). If we decide to shut down the service altogether, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance, so you can export your decks.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10. Contact, changes and language
- Contact: [email protected].
- We may update these terms: we publish the update on this page with its date, and ask for your agreement again to any material change before you continue using the service.
- These terms are available in Arabic and English; the Arabic version prevails in case of any difference.
